Unfortunately your chosen one also not compatible with HASWELL CPU. M12II Bronze: 650W, 750W, 850W are compatible but not the M12II 620 Bronze.

Radeon R9-280X - requires 30 Ampere on +12V rail and a 550W PSU minimum
