Mobo: AS Rock LGA1155 ATX Motherboard Z77 EXTREME4
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900) Desktop Memory Model F3-14900CL9D-8GBXL
CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K Quad-Core Processor 3.4 GHz 4 Core LGA 1155 - BX80637I53570K

I'm on a budget and can get this all for under $400. I have already bought an Nvidia GTX 760, so GPU is already set. Please let me know if there is a better deal, or if there's something not compatible with what I have put in.

Thanks!

That's pretty solid. You can save a bit of money on the memory if you are trying to squeeze the budget a little (you can pick up an 8Gb kit for as little as $50). Also, the Extreme 4 is a very good board, but right now you can pick up a similarly specced MSI Z77A-G45 or Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H for $10-20 cheaper but in general you are good to go.

Awesome, thanks so much Rammy! I think I'm going to stick with that RAM and maybe go up to 16GB (I do some photo editing and such with my DSLR). Thanks again for the help!
