Maybe a second opinion?

Alright so after a long conversation with a couple guys on the forums I've decided upon what components to upgrade and which ones to buy. I was just wondering if I could get some second opinions on the setup before i make the buy.

My current system
CPU: AMD phenom II x4 955 3.2 quad core
Mobo: MSI 790X-G45
Cards: HIS Radeon HD 5830 x2 crossfired
Power: Corsair TX650w
RAM: Corsair 4gb x2 2gb x2

These are the 3 components I'll most likely be purchasing:

MOBO: MSI 970A-G46
Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 4GB 256-bit
CPU: AMD FX-8320 Vishera 3.5GHz AM3+ 125W Eight-Core

Anyways some second opinions would be nice on compatibility which each other, and overall product. Possibly info on where a bottleneck would appear. Please no (Intel or AMD fanboy favortism :D)

Thanks in advance guys, Im pretty new when it comes to this stuff :D

perfect thanks for the input.. quick question though will you think that my power supply will be enough.

ive done some power calculations on a couple different websites, and it appears that my current system and the new upgraded im looking at will consume the same power which will be approx. 600w. Ive never had a problem with power supply.

Never a bad idea to keep some overhead with the PSU.
