The PSU specs stink of low quality garbage. 38a 12v rail on a 600w PSU is just shameful. Also Nvidia recommends a PSU with at least 42a on the 12v rail. When building a computer never skimp on the psu its a very important part, and choosing poorly puts the whole system at risk.

I agree with bignastyid. I made the mistake of buying a generic poor quality psu once. Not only did it bring my eletric bill up like crazy but it also had terrible coil whine and could have possibly blown up. Get yourself a qualty 80 plus certified psu such as seasonic.
