Very restricted sir. For a decent gaming experience, you should probably spend close to $200 on you gpu alone. The processors your looking at are going to be dated very soon. My advice would be to save a bit so you don't have to upgrade so much further down the road.

I have a great build for the price: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2dDYA
Now this is a build that blows the two u sent away, this doesnt include windows though so u would have to save a little to get windows unless ur friend has one lying around. The build is on the new richlanbd apus and the motherboard I sent is very powerfull. U will be able to play most games easily but dont expect to be running anything like bf4, maybe u can run bf4 on low but nothing higher.

This video looks like it can answer your question. the APU is good, it's even got an SSD, you could just skip out the SSD and spend that money on another component

Problem is that ur build is 450$ before mail in rebates. A mail in rebate is only a rebate card its not actual money ur build is way over budget.

250 will be tough but this is what I can do: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2dYC1 this is 300 before rebates its as low as i can possibly go. In my opinion I strongly suggest the 400$ build for the best experience. The 250 dollar build should be ur east possible and the 350 dollar build is perfect for you right now because in the future you can add in a graphics card.
And a 400 dollar build that blows the other two out of the water easily, just put this is for extra measure: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2dY17
