Hey. I'm new to overclocking so I'm not looking for anything too advanced. Just want to get a bit more performance out of my slowly aging components and buy new stuff if necessary. I have:

ASUS P6T SE
i7 930 2.80GHz
Radeon HD 5850 1024MB
24MB DDR3 RAM (not sure how the other RAM specs work)

My case is the Antec Three Hundred with stock cooling
PSU is Ultra LSP750

3DMark test: http://www.3dmark.com/fs/1229991

So is there a major bottleneck here? I heard that the PSU isn't very reliable but I'm not sure which one to get. Besides that, it seems the graphics card is my main problem, but I don't know what the best decision would be given my current hardware (do I need cooling / new card / etc).

Solution
the cpu is fine. nothing to upgrade it's a beast even at stock speeds. the gpu part can use an upgrade or another identical card if you find one for crossfire.

Okay, thanks. Another card would be nice but unfortunately I'm out of PCIe slots (one for graphics card, one for sound card, one for USB 3.0).

Am I good for cooling and power supply for overclocking then? Is there any way to know how much power I'm currently pulling or what my temperature is?
