No output from my Sapphire Radeon HD 6970 just installed it in a brand new home made computer. MB is Asus H97-Pro, 16GB mem, Windows 8.1. also 1000w continuous power supply is directly attached to the video card as needed. The Catalist software does not want to install after downloading it. Tried 3-4 times and no result. The video card does not show in the device manager and it's installed correctly in the MB. it powers up and i get a little red light in the back. Why no output at all? Help. What am i missing here?
