I think it's very important that you get these right. Heh. I believe the Blue 10-1 pin goes to one of the USB connectors(this is USB and SD Cards, The Black 10-1 pin goes to the AAFP(Analog Audio Front Panel), The smaller 4 pin looks like it goes to the 4pin CD, The Yellow appears to go to the COM2 port(I dont think you have and I think it's the joystick port). That leaves the larger white connector which looks like there is nowhere to plug it in. That would stink if that was the card reader.
All the 10-1 Pins will have 10 holes with 1 missing these should only line up with the correct missing pin on the board. It would have helped if you took one photo of all the connectors facing the camera. Also your mother board is hard to find with a detail, the manuals aren't that good.
Here's another asus, look at the pin layout on the AAFP, USB and FPANEL. Note how the USB has the bottom right-most pin missing. This can only line up with the corresponding connector from the card reader.

It comes down to what that white longer (18pin?) connector is.

That last picture has me a bit more confused. I'm still pretty sure that if you plug the blue 9pin connector into USB56 or USB78 and plug the black 9pin into AAFP that will get what you want.
