Okay so I am looking to purchase a EVGA GeForce GTX 660 SUPERCLOCKED 2048MB GDDR5 DVI HDMI DP Graphics Card 02G-P4-2662-KR. Right now. I have a GTX 550 Ti. I dont know if my motherboard will support this new card. Here are my specs. Any help would be much appreciated.

Gateway DX4870
Intel Core i3 2120
6GB DDR3 RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti

If you need any more info let me know. Sorry, I'm relatively new to PC Gaming. Thanks

Actually,if your motherboard support your 550 ti then it can support gtx 660,because they use the same PCIe 16x slots.i guess you will be fine...

A 300 Watt Power Supply, not good, not good at all.
+12V1 is 8 Amps
+12V2 is 14 Amps

The card alone wants a maximum of 140 Watts.

You need a something like this:
CORSAIR CX series CX500 500W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS BRONZE (Huge sale)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

You want to measure your existing power supply and make sure the new one fits. They seem to be the same size:
Your PS: 5.9”(W) x 5.51”(L) x 3.39”(H)
Corsair PS: 5.9"(W) x 3.4"(H) x 5.5"(L)
