I have an EVGA gtx 770 overclocked, a intel i7 4820k processor, and 8gb of ram. I also want to know if this can skyrim with ENBs and stay above 30fps. I am only playing on 1 monitor. Thanks!

For the most part you should be fine. However, Skyrim ENB's are all different and it really depends which you are planning to run. I currently have 2 SLI'd 780Ti's in my rig and there are a few ENB's that drop the combined power down to it's knees.
