Hi, my WD Portable Hard Drive has stopped reading on my laptop. When it is plugged in to the laptop, the light on the hard drive is on and it makes some noise but the driver does not upload. Last time I used the Hard drive, the files were non responsive when I tried to open them. Any suggestions, do you think it is broken? And if so, is the data recoverable? Thank you
