Hello, I need advice with upgrading my bugget PC.

I looking for something strong but not too much expensive, my currently pc parameters are:
GPU: nVidia GeForce GTS 450 (Low Profile)
CPU: Intel Pentium G860, 3.00Ghz, Dual Core
Power Supply and Case: Hedy A1012, 500W (power supply was included in case)
Motherboard: Gigabyte H61MA-D3V (rev. 2.0)
RAM: 4GB

I currently don't know which component upgrade first graphics card or processor and I don't know if my power supply will adequate for new component / components.
I expect from new components around 50 FPS on high / medium settings but still with 1920x1080 resolution.
Also I will work on my PC with graphics programs and video editors.
(50 FPS focused for new games BF4, CoD: Ghosts, AC: Black Flag etc.)

At least, sorry if I done mistakes in english grammar because I'm not good in foreign languages.

depends which is more important. gaming or video editing. if video editing is more important then upgrade your cpu to a core i5 like the 3330 and make sure you go with an ivy bridge cpu as you will not need to get a new motherboard aswell but if gaming is more important upgrade your card to something like a 7770 or 7850. also get a new psu like a cx500 and its only $25 at newegg at the moment
