Does the Gigabyte R9 280X have the new chipset (XTL)?
And why has no website got it in in stock or only available for repurchases:

its been released. its readily available in america. not sure whats up with the UK.

explain what? the 290x and 290 are the only cards with new silicon. all the others are rebranded.
