So here is my question. I just recently recieved a Samsung 840 Pro Series SSD from a friend as a present. Right now my computer boots from my HDD but I want it to boot from the SSD. Is it possible to easily move the boot data along with some program files and things like my games, movies, etc.? Any help would be appreciated. I'm not the best with computers so a detailed, easy to understand answer would be greatly appreciated also.

yes. the samsung should have a utility that does just this. copies the previous system c drive to the ssd.

I think you just have to make that one change in your boot setup (you get this at the very start when you switch on the pc)
