I have a Windows 8.1 Acer Laptop with an Nvidia Geforce GT 650m graphics card, with an integrated Intel HD 4000 graphic card. The Nvidia has been doing updates, but has been having varying issues with my games since the update that incorporated the Nvidia Geforce Experience. Beforehand games ran smoothly on high or ultra settings, now every one on occasion has lag where I have to press a keyboard button to get it to wake up again and run smoothly. It had not become an issue until recently, where I found out one of my games causes the display driver to stop completely, and immediately recover, freezing the game up near launch and sometime my entire laptop with it. I can see in my device manager where it was started on 2-20-13 until recently the last being 11-30-13. But it wouldn't update from 2-24 until 10-21 where I got the Geforce Experience. I was hoping I could just go back to the 2-24 update without restoring my entire laptop to that point. Just rolling back the graphic driver. So far I have not found a way.

Hello... Download to a USB or your hardrive the version you want to re-install... Just simply go to Control panel-Programs and features... and un-install all Nvidia programs... re-boot... and install the version you saved earlier... you have the options to not install features with the Nvidia driver package, pay attention to the checkd boxes... you just need the DRIVER, no other frills.
