This is probably a dumb question, but would it be possible to swap the heatsinks of the chipsets and VRM on a mobo? I ask because i see videos of extreme overclockers with like a GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 mobo and red heatsinks, and im sure i saw a video with a guy who had the same mobo and also had red PCI-E ports. Is it possible to swap these parts for different colors or something? How could they do this? Maybe they asked for custom boards by Gigabyte or whatever other manufacturer? Or they could have possibly painted them?
Im just curious, that would be cool to do and have for eye candy. Thanks in advance!

simple answer is ... if it works dont fix it.
ofcourse they can be cahnged, but unless you know what you're doing you'll break the mobo. the red pci ex ports are probably another version of the mobo
