Best graphics card for needs

Hello, for my system I am looking for a graphics card (could be quadro or any gaming card) that can render games the fastest then stream them from a virtual machine to a connected client.

720p - 1080p

Yes and no. The extra variable there is your connection speed.

I have a gigabit connect that is 60 mbps down and 11 mbps up

Uh not what I meant.

Since you're playing in a VM, performance isn't as good. It's based on software compatibility and support for your graphics card as well. So there's additional computations there. And to stream it from your VM, it'll be more taxing on your system. So it's not just your LAN connection speed. Regardless, you will be able to play the games (your mileage may vary because of you using a VM) and stream simultaneously.
