So I am overhauling my system. The new parts I want to purchase are
AMD FX-8350
Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard
G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Parts List

The parts I currently have and will be using with these upgrades:
Sapphire Radeon HD 6950 1GB
NZXT Apollo Case
Corsair 650W Power Supply

Will these parts + new upgrades be compatible? I am mostly concerned if the Graphics Card is compatible with this new Mobo. If there are any other incompatibilities let me know. Also with this new setup will I be able to play BF4 with a decent FPS and have room for OC in the future once I decide to get an aftermarket cooler?

Those parts will absolutely work together, but you might want to revise your upgrade choices. If you're planning on gaming, go with the FX-6300 instead of the 8350 and use the savings towards upgrading your GPU down the road.

As for overclocking, the 6300 is a great CPU for it and the board looks like it will handle it. Just don't forget to get a good cooler!

And although Intel/Nvidia rigs deliver better fps in BF4, you should still get good frame rates. Like I said though, consider upgrading your GPU if you can.
