Netflix - Windows 8 64 bit - google chrome - Microsoft Silverlight

Whenever I try to stream something on Netflix, I get a black screen with nothing on it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled SIlverlight, I've cleared caches, I've gone to this site chrome://net-internals/#sockets and cleared all of that. Nothing has worked. Looked online and at different forums, seen some solutions, but have not worked for me. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Have you tried in Firefox or IE? Does it work there?

Also, if there is another computer on your network, try opening Netflix from Chrome, Firefox, and IE from there too and see what happens.
