My 3.5mm sound output jack is broken but there are two spare ones. How can I switch to one of the spare jacks. Thank you

Those two jacks are not "spare". One is for "microphone input", the other is for "line input" (recording from external source).
Neither can be used for speaker output. You need to fit a new sound card.
