OCZ ZS 650W ENOUGH JUICE for 280x toxic?

Hi will a OCZ ZS 650W PSU have enough juice to power the Sapphire 280x TOXIC graphics card? It gives 46A on the +12.

Also the PSU only has x1 8pin and x1 6pin so can I safely use an adapter?

I have a Phenom x4 950T OC'd to 3.8Ghz, couple ssds.
