The build:

Bitfenix Prodigy
Asus Z87I-PRO iBORA
i5 4670k
R9 280x Toxic
8GB G. Skill Ram
Enermax TRIATHLOR FC ETA700AWT-M (PSU)
Seidon 120M

The 2 real questions here are whether this power supply will adequately fit into the case and if the Seidon 120 will work on the motherboard processor.

That sounds pretty good. Corsair power supplies are well built. Check the dimensions and make sure it fits in your mini-ATX case.

That power supply will fit in the case. The motherboard looks good, but I would recommend the ASUS Z87I-DELUXE. I don't think that huge graphics card will fit in that case, but I am not a case expert so I wouldn't know. I read a review on the case, and the power supply he used was 6.5" x 3.5" x 6", and apparently that fit. Now, I would recommend a better power supply that fits in these dimensions. Look around and see what the EXACT dimensions are for the power supply mount.
