I need to know if the components I chose work together (First build). I am not going to game, mainly a budget build to get school work done on. I will not need a moniter, OS, speakers, mice, keyboard.

Recycling:

Bestec ATX0300D5WB

*Dell computer case. Fits a micro ATX

CD Drive (Don't know really)

Hard Drive SATA II.

New Parts:

Crucial Ballistix 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900) Desktop Memory Model BLT4G3D1869DT1TX0 (Newegg.com)

MSI FM2-A55M-E33 FM2 AMD A55 (Hudson D2) HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard with UEFI BIOS (Newegg.com)

AMD A6-5400K Trinity 3.6GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) Socket FM2 65W Dual-Core Desktop APU (CPU + GPU) with DirectX 11 Graphic AMD Radeon HD 7540D AD540KOKHJBOX (Newegg.com)

Do these components work together? And is the PSU enough?

What do you guys mean it won't be accepted? Will it not work at all or will it work but at a lower speed?

Now this might be a bit off topic, but with an Inspiron 531 case, will it be able to hold everything? It's the same dell pc but with a new motherboard, processor, and ram. Everything else is the same. The motherboard is the same size as the one I am buying.
