can i overclock safely on this board?

So my 1156 board died so i have a new one being sent to me. i have a i5 750 (may swap for a 760 i5 soon) and would like to over clock it to 3.2 ghz or at least above 3ghz.

Yes, will prob first want to ensure you have the latest BIOS on it and download all the latest drivers from the GB website - think this even came w/ OCing software - Cloud or something like that
