Nope, as overclocking usually involves having to up the voltage, which creates more heat.
Even if you don't mess with the voltage, its still not recommended.

That board is an excellent overclocker, so there isn't any major risk with it.
As for overclocking without an aftermarket cooler, Don't - the stock AMD cooler does NOT function well at overclocked speeds, invest in a cheap, but highly rated aftermarket cooler if you want to overclock, unless you risk frying your CPU.
