My setup is 2500k,msi z67 mobo,600w psu, with my gtx 580. I have had this card for 2 years now,i have played and beaten multiple games on it. Oh and btw,my monitor is the sony playstation 3d display 24" 1080 runnning hdmi to mini hdmi.....Ok so today i decided to take the pc to clean it up without touching any components.i simply cleaned the fans only. I then swapped out my odd(optical drive) to put another one and booted up my pc and got no signal now. i have tried everything except trying it on another pc. My next solution is i will try it when i build my new pc later this week with the following specs
z87 asus deluxe,4670k,760w,16gb memory... i was hoping to stay with this card but i truly dont wanna buy another one. can i contact nvidia to try and rma it or am i out of luck???????

Even just cleaning up it is possible that you unseated something. Be sure to check that the GPU and RAM are properly seated, it would be a good idea to remove them and stick them back in altogether just to be sure.

You took the card out and reseated it? How did you clean the fans? Vacuum cleaners can produce static electricity that's why compressed air is recommended. Try reseating the card and unplugging the PCI-E power connectors and reseating them as well. Wouldn't be a bad idea to reseat all the power connections if that doesn't work.

+1

My mistake there, I failed to mention making sure the power connections to the GPU are securely in place. The likeliest of scenarios is that you knocked one of them loose.
