i wanna buy new graphic card but need answer about this wire connecter?

U see that first usb like wire connecter i dont have that so will it work in my pc?

see i wanna buy a new graphic card but i have nvidia 210 which sucks now i wanna buy new graphic card like amd hd 7750 but i have different pin.

The blue wire is VGA, the one in the image given is DVI (it also looks like mini-dp or mini-hdi is available next to it). If you'r monitor does not have an HDMI or DVI connection available you should be able to use a DVI to VGA adapter to connect the cable to the GPU. You can find one of those at the URL below:

But i am talking about the blue connecter which is at last the small one in nvidia and the usb looking one in amd.

Ah, my apologies. That is DisPlayPort, you can use an (active) DisplayPort adapter to connect it via DVI.

This is my moniters bakside and i use the blue wire in graphic card.

If i dont use the connecter just install the graphic card and install its drivers will it work?

No, with the 7750 you wouldn't need an adapter as you will have DVI-D, VGA, and Mini-DP readily available.
