Are these problems because of WiFi adapter?

So i have been experiencing some problems with my connection recently. When i am on my computer sometimes the connections randomly cuts out. I went to a speed test site and the results were all over the place.http://stage.results.speedtest.comcast.net/result/363891144.png
This has been happening for weeks and i would really appreciate any responses.

Check speedtest using a cable and see if it is then stable. I would guess that interference with your wireless network is your problem. You would possibly benefit from checking for other surrounding networks using the free basic wireless analyzer inSSIDer from HERE. Run it on your computer and look under the Network tab to see your signal and those of others around you. It is best if you are not on an overlapping channel.
