Help!: Could I run this with a 160W PSU??

I am trying to build a low-end PC case mod, and the case does not have space for any normal PSU, so I need to use a picoPSU. Could a 160W (constantly 160, can get up to 200W) picoPSU provide enough power for these parts??
Mini ITX mobo with embedded AMD APU (E1-2100 2-core)+radeon hd8210

4GB (2x2GB)DDR3 1333 RAM
