Hi,
The past week I have been battling problems with my internet connection but despite my attempts I can not resolve the issue.
Here is my problem:
For the past week my internet connection has been dropping out at random points of time and will stay disconnected for a few minutes. However it seems to happen more during the day. First of all I tired to work out if it was my computer that was the problem but it is using a wired connection and other family members have complained about the same problem on their own computers.
Next i tried to work out if the issue was my modem. I have checked over the settings and everything seems to be fine. I even updated the modems firmware today but that did not fix the issue. I am starting to think it could be problems with my ISP.
Some details:
Country: Australia
ISP: iinet
Modem: bob lite
Can someone please give me some more ways to diagnose my problem?
