Unable to copy/paste on new user account

Hi All,
I have created a new user account on my laptop (windows 7). But i'm unable to copy / paste from pendrive(external source) to folders of the new user account.
N.B. No problems with the previous user. Only the new one.
Please help. :??:

Did you give the new account admistrator mode? as well...

Look at the user rights on the flash drive. Your new user account may not have any, and may need to be given rights.

I tried the administrator type as well but still it's not working.
