I'm doing some research for a friend and helping design a new computer for him. Right now I just need some good recommendations for a quality case. He wants something portable (college student, so it will make multiple trips to home and school), so a rugged mini-tower with handles is a must, as well as room for two graphics cards (only one for now, but want to have room to potentially SLI/Crossfire in the future). No more than $100 if it is really high quality, preferably $60-80.

Solution
Lots of people will probably say the Bitfenix Prodigy M, but rugged it is not.
Handles are fairly common on ITX cases but much less so on mATX ones. Is this a negotiable thing? There are quite a lot of fairly rugged and compact mATX cases which should be fairly easy to carry, even without handles.

With handles -

Bitfenix Prodigy M - http://www.bitfenix.com/global/en/products/chassis/prodigy-m
NZXT Vulcan- http://www.nzxt.com/product/detail/36-vulcan
Xigmatek Aquila (don't think this is out yet) - http://www.xigmatek.com/product.php?productid=218

Bitfenix Survivor (ATX case with pop up handle, dunno if they still make it) -...
micro-atx isn't that good for sli/xf, because with two dual-slot video cards, one will have restricted airflow. It's usually better to leave one slot space between the cards. I haven't found any $60-80 cases with handles that look decent quality, but if you still insist on micro-atx, I suggest the BitFenix Prodigy-M. If you're willing to consider something a bit different, I suggest the Cooler Master HAF XB (either original or the EVO edition).
