Upgrading, what do you guys think?

Looking for you guys' advice again since it worked well last time. Here's my current set up:

Mobo: Gigabyte GA-770T-USB3
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965 3.4Ghz
Memory: 20gb
Graphics: AMD Radeon HD 7950
Power Supply: XION XON-700P12N
Case: NZXT Apollo

I'm looking to upgrade my mobo and cpu and I picked these out: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/129wg

Would this work with my current set up? Would I have to upgrade the PSU? Recommendations on CPU cooler?

Not heard of that psu, worth googling and checking if its any good.

I can recommend the CM hyper 212 evo for budget, and the Phanteks TC-12DC for a little more as a cpu cooler. I get great results with the Phanteks, and they look great without being too bulky IMO, also you can pick from tons of colours if thats your thing.

Yeah, i like the Phanteks, probably gonna go with that.

I was checking out pcpartpicker.com and it was showing that the memory is not compatible with the mobo.
