its a 890gxm-g65
and the proccessor is amd phenom IIx6 1090t black Edition

It looks like there's a fairly tall heatsink near the cpu socket - I think that's for the northbridge. You might be able to fit the 212 evo with the length of the fins perpendicular to the memory rather than parallel, but do you have low profile ram, and what case do you have?

Yeah, your socket type is no problem, but some motherboards have tall components closer to the socket than they're supposed to be, preventing the use of tower coolers. I found specifications for the CM K281, and it supports cpu coolers up to 162mm tall, so that'll work (the 212 evo is 159mm tall). I think I should mention that I noticed that the motherboard specifications at MSI's website recommend against running burn-in tests on that board, which implies it's not so good for overclocking.

Well,I have a amd phenom II x 6 1090t,and I need to overclock it to a minimum of 3.8ghz to run my r9 280x without any bottleneck,do you reckon I can Oc to that clock without any trouble with the cpu fan

I'm not familiar with that brand of ram, but if it has no heatspreaders, you shouldn't have to worry about it interfering with a tower-style cpu cooler.

MSI motherboards seem to have gained a bad reputation lately. I don't know if that really applies to all of them, but the note about not running burn-in tests on that specific motherboard is a bad sign. Additionally, like I said before, the northbridge heatsink is likely (though I'm not 100% certain) to force you to mount the 212 evo with the fan directing the air upward, which might not work so well when the case doesn't have a top fan. I'd be a bit surprised if you got it to 3.8 GHz (which is about a 19% overclock) with that setup, but as long as you're careful, there's a chance it will work.

Yes, but there are several issues with that video:
1. it doesn't specify what case he is using or which orientation of the cooler he is using - if he's got a case with a top fan so that the cooler can blow toward that, it could help a lot.
2. he overvolted his cpu by quite a bit - as mentioned in the comments, 1.5 V is apparently not considered safe for that cpu, and some said that his cpu-z results showed a spike to 1.6 V, which could be seriously hurting the life expectancy of the processor.
3. there's a thing that's apparently now called the "silicon lottery" - chips that are binned as the same model numbert don't overclock the same even in the same setup - you might have one that can easily overclock 25-30% or more, or you might have one that struggles to get a 5% overclock.

I'm looking to buy 2 120mm fans for my cabinet and this fan seems to have the most airflow and rpm out of the models I was looking at.
+ it shines blue :D  but the other model was of RS.450 and it had half the rpm and 2/3rd the airflow.

If you can stand the extra noise (36 dB compared to 19), the Cooler Master JetFlo lists higher CFM (95 compared to 69.69), but your store seems to be out of stock of the blue LED version of it - they only have the red LED version.
