I recently purchased a p6t6 motherboard and I've finally got everything hooked up, but I appear to have gone wrong somewhere and I'm getting a blue LED that remains on next to the 24-pin atx socket and I'm not getting any beeps from the speakers and I'm also not getting any video on the monitor. The psu is new and I'm not getting any LEDs on next to the cpu. I've tried to reset the bios, re-seat the ram, re-seat the graphics card, and everything seems to be fine other than the black screen on the monitor.

Asus P6T6 WS motherboard w/ 0407 bios
Xeon x5560 cpu
gtx 760 gpu
6X 4GB HP Micron MT36JSZF51272PZ PC-10600R ECC REG 2Rx4
Corsaire gs700 psu
I think it might be the bios but I can't get anything to show up on the screen so I can update it.
Update: I'm not sure but I think it might be the RAM led light that might be on.
