Hey guys, as you know Christmas is coming up and I have a dilemma, Im new to the forums so hi first of all haha, but my question is I'm currently running a MSI R7770 on an ASUS P8Z77-V LX Intel 7 Series Motherboard - ATX, Socket H2 (LGA1155) with 16 gigs of ram and a I5 2500k O.C to 4.2ghz. My question is with my build would it be better to buy another 7770 and crossfire or upgrade to the Sapphire 280x toxic? (also I have a corsair G800W power supply and a NZXT Phantom case)

More about : single card crossfire

get the 280x if i'm not wrong it's much faster than sli 7770s and is much more efficient (single gpu > crossfire)

get a new 280x toxic if your budget affords it. the cpu can handle any of the configs just the same.

a single 280x has room for improvement, the 2x7770 is at the max by then.
