Question re returning \ cancelling mobo order with Newegg

In my haste to take advantage of saving a few dollars on Black Friday specials I bought a mobo without looking closely at the specs. I ordered an Asus M5A97 LE R2.0 , not the Asus M5A97 R2.0, which I had wanted - The LE difference. As it sits now the status of the order is "packing", not shipped. However it does say "Please note that you may no longer make changes to your order.". However how are they about returning in item that you would like to exchange? It's my first build in a long time, I'm kind of out of touch and have no experience with Newegg.

I wasn't able to contact them last night via chat, so I called them this morning. No problem with them, I can just return it when it arrives. They waived the restocking fee and I pay shipping which is fair, it was my mistake. An outcome I'm happy with.
