Pretty sure it's a motherboard problem by now?

Well I'm not pretty sure, or else I wouldnt be asking for help here, heh. Well one night my PC froze. Tried booting up again but it would shut off again at the bios screen, then boot up, and restart itself over and over. I decided to dust it off ( haven't in a while so it was pretty dusty ) with my vacuum's blow option. I powered it on again (this is 30 mins after putting it down to dust it off) and it worked fine. Was pretty late so I went to bed, thinking it was a power supply issue, telling myself ill check it in the morning. The day after I powered it on and everything would power on, but I got nothing on my screen (checked with 2 monitors) and it would shut off, and power on, over and over by itself. No beep codes. I tried a different PSU, same thing. I tried taking each component out one by one to see if I can get a beep code. Nothing. So im left with nothing but the mobo, is it good for trash or is there a way to fix this (pretty sure there isn't). Or is it even the mobo?

Thanks for those who took the time to read this!

I forgot to mention I tried a different CPU. The following CPU is the one I was using when this happened.

Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4 GHz Quad-Core
EVGA SLI 3 Motherboard
8GB (4x2) DDR3 1600 Dual Channel Ram
600W Power Supply thermaltake
