GPU, CPU Temp. High or ?

Hi my GPU temperature is ~ 50'C while that of CPU is 65'C.

Are the temperatures too high? If so what might be the reason and how to counter it.

My Specs
Intel DP55WB
Intel i5 760
Transcend 4GBx1 DDR3
Nvidia GTX460
Seagate 1.25TB

Kindly assist me with the problem. Actually I happened to notice this when my PC started to slow down like a 1800's bullock cart.

That is quite high for idle. What's the cooling like on both of them? Does your case have good air flow? Is it dust free?

I have two additional fans that are fixed on the body of the CPU Cabinet... It was quite dusty until I blowed air using my vaccuum cleaner...Still there are few dust particles which I dont want to clean risking damage to components...

Initially my GPU temp was 55'C after cleaning it reduced to 45'C (not sure even this is normal)...And the CPU temp is now hovering around 55'C but when I closely watch it even without disturbing my desktop the temp. goes to 75-80, but just for a moment only...
