When is the Mantle Release

Ok this is driving me nuts, probably because I am a very impatient person but when is AMD releasing the Mantle update?

Its all hush hush and there is no definite date other than "December" if that's even true is that a rumour?

I hope its not a case of "When AMD Release it"

Anyone have an idea or speculation?

instead of amd you have to ask developer because they were the one will patch their game with mantle support such as BF4. so it doesn't matter when amd really wants to release mantle since it needs to be built in the game first before it can be use.

it is BF4 im playing .. so does that mean its Dice to have to sort that?

yup because BF4 is Dice game (though they do work close with AMD to make it possible). just because AMD officially release mantle it doesn't mean every game out there will be able to run on it. the game must have the support for the new API. that's why only new games that coming in the future may get mantle version. also the fact that Mantle will only run on AMD gpu right now might sway some developer not to use it.
