i5 4670K with GTX 650

Solution
Not very well balanced to be honest with you, you're better off with a cheaper i5 and a better GPU

At the same price as a 650 replace it with a much more powerful 7850, which is about the best price/performance you can get out of a mid range card at the moment

As for gaming performance most modern games should run at medium or so with a 650 which isn't really ideal

If you went for a cheaper i5 such as the i5-3330 and a cheaper B75 motherboard, you could spend cash saved towards a much better GPU/PSU etc.

Do you have any idea how it would perform with any games?

Whats the spec of your system? Either way, 4th gen i5 cpu is too good to have that kind of gpu. If you already have that cpu, then i suggest to squeeze in a little more cash and get atleast a gtx 660 or a 7870. Gtx 660 is going for $169.99 on newegg if its still on sale.
