My motherboard is the Asus H81M-K: http://www.asus.com/uk/Motherboards/H81MK
My case is the NZXT Phantom 410
While building, i tried to plug the chassis' "USB 2.0" and "HD Audio" cable into the motherboard's corresponding pins. The pin count and orientations are correct, but for some reason when I try to push the cables' header all the way in, even with a significant amount of force, the cables' header will only go in like 70% of the way. It feels as if theres something blocking the way inside the black header...even though I doubt that could be the case for 2 cables at the same time?
The other cables like "Power" and "HDD LED" slipped onto their pins 100% of the way with ease. Is the "USB 2.0" and "HD Audio" cable suppose to be stiffer to plug in? I haven't pushed my hardest in fear of damaging the mobo.
