I had a different kind of a problem. Whenver i was idle with my mouse on the screen (watching videos on web, or from my harddrive), klp10svc and klp11svc would appear as my highest current proccesses on the PC. After some researching, I found out that it had something to do with bitcoin minning, even tho I've never done it, so I guess it was some kind of a trojan in conjuciton with other stuff. After I've cleaned my registers with various programs, I thought I had to reinstall my Windows, until I've read about your fix. After applying it, everything seems to be working fine, so I just wanted to say a biiiiiiiiiiig THANK YOU for explaining this. I'll keep you guys informed. Information all around the internet ftw <3

dont be stupid , the system idle process is related to scheduling of the processes in windows , it has nothing to do with what you are posting...
