My GPU's idle temperature is 32 degress instead of 28 degress.

those temps are nothing to be concerned about at all. you are well within the safe parameters. maybe the drivers have tweaked the fan settings to keep the card as quiet as possible or something like that. the gpu can survive temps up to 90c and even more in some cases

If your card idles at 60ºc+ then its time to check
Ignore the temps and all that nonsense and leave it be it will be fine
