MSI RADEON R9 270X on an old motherboard

Solution
it will support your video card although there might be a little bottleneck noticeable on the framerates. you cant use the 270x's full potential.

i don't wanna play games like Crysis or Battlefield on ultra , i have CPU intel dualcore E2200 @ 2.2 GHz and wanna increase my fps in games like League of Legends , SMITE , etc .

or should i go for a ASUS HD7790-DC2OC-1GD5 for my case ?

you won't see your gpu's full potential mainly because of your processor, not your motherboard. since you said that your motherboard has an LGA 775 socket, chances are you are using a fairly old processor. but games are still playable and you won't really have fps problems especially on games that aren't so cpu intensive like BF4.

eventually, you're gonna be forced to upgrade to a new motherboard and processor, preferably a quad core, i5 or something like that.
