asus website say no, or not yet.

No it would not. The highest CPU this board supports is a FX-8350.

Try the regular M5A97 (not LE) ... it's got better PWM.

It works, you will need to first complete the firmware upgrade on the motherboard for it to recognize the FX 9370.

i wouldnt run it on that board regardless no vrm heatsink and its only a 4+2 design, it will cook that board in a few days easily if you go anyway near load. my vrms would be over 70c @ 4.8 and 1.5v with no fan on it , I can only imagine what they would be on there, you will throttle like crazy

What bios, the latest 2015 one? I have the same problem. I'm thinking of getting a gigabyte fxa 990 ud 3 for the 9370 and getting a 6300 to put in the m5a97 [not le] r2.0, and makingb2 pcs out of them. I also have an i5 and an i7, I use one of the Intels to do my scsi transfers on my emu sampler, and the aids I'll use one for cubase and the other, probably 9370 cpu one for plug ins, I have 3 audio interfaces and go into a behringer desk. Would the motor and cpus be compatible?
