Hi Looking for a budget AMD CPU & Compatible Motherboard

HelloI would like to replace my aging AMD Anthlon dual core CPU 3800 with a pile driver or Phenom or something like that.
I would prefer atleast 880 Chipset Motherboard preferably Giagabyte or Asus with USB 3 ports.
My budget is about $335 excluding monitor & HDD
Pl advise me which CPU & Motherboard would be suitable for me
Pl also give inputs regarding PSU(i have cosair VX430 in mind) & matching cabinet & RAM

You would also need to factor in DDR3 RAM as well, as your existing DDR2 (I'm assuming) will not work with newer processors and motherboards.

the cpu you have suggested is bit expensive for me.I also have to factor for my new system 4GB RAM ,A good PSU as well as matching Cabinet
so i was thinking how about FX4350 or FX 6250
pl advise

In that case prices in the US do not matter but Indian prices do. Maybe you can pick up a FX6300 and 970 chipset board on your budget there.
