Graphics crad for my pc

I have i5-2310 2.9ghz, 32-bit, 4gb ram, and a inbuilt intel HD graphics.I wanted to buy a new graphics card for my pc so i could play bf4......Can u guyz suggest any good one...my budget is around $200.Make sure it is compactable with my cpu. Thank you
