Hi everyone,

I'm asking for your advice in this matter as I have had no luck in resolving this problem, I have tested RAM, the heating system and hard disk, yet everything shows good health. I had overheating problems 3 months ago and fixed it by cleaning out the fan and the processor, plus put a new batch of tremal gel on the processor and fan.
Onto what happens, now everytime I turn on my PC and start up and game (WoT, Shogun 2, ect.) my PC restarts itself after about 5 to 10 minutes after playing, now I don't know what is the cause of this restart but if I just spend my first 50 minutes, after turning it on, on the internet and start playing after it will work fine and not restart itself.
I'm asking for your help because this is the weirdest thing that has happend to me and I had my fair share of computer problems in the past and were dealt with, but this is just weird.

Well I would say a good 70% of reboot issues fall under one of two issues heat or power supply. If you are fairly certain it is not heat related then power supply is the next thing i would look into. Power supplies loose efficiency over time and can cause issues like this after years of working correctly.

could be a few things. start with the simple stuff to rule out. look at the gpu fan make sure it moving. if your gpu has no fan try using another test card to see if the gpu causing the issue. if you have a fan on the gpu try using msi afterburner turn the fan speed up before you start a game see if the game plays longer. on older pc a cap can go bad in the power supply or the motherboard. if it the power supply under load the power supply output dips or ripples out. try a test power supply see if that stops the error. if it a part on the mb that went bad..have to look at see if any of the caps are swelled or leaking.

I have installed program HWINFO so I can monitor my PC sensors, temputare of my CPU,GPU,basically to see is my PC in heat and what I have noticed is that my PC actually does is that my Core #0 of my Intel Q8300 Quad Core just start losing power(1.288V -> 0V) and processing speed(2,499MHz -> 0MHz), I don't know why it does that and just that one core but could that be the couse of my problem?
