So I bought my new pc in a store and they offer to build it for you... I got it today and when I opended it here at home I saw that they put the Corsair H60 upside down (the logo is upside down) and so is the fan on the back, the tubes should be on the top, but instead they are on the bottom of the fan, I know it doesn't matter because the fan is still sucking the air from outside. But is there any problem that the part that is attached to the CPU is upside down???

If the logo is up side down it will not matter (if you dont count the aesthetics of your build), because the copper plate that exchanges the heat between the CPU and the coolant is still in the same place. They might have done it, because the RAM or mobo was interfering with the tubing.

The configuration depends on your choice. If you have the fans pulling air into the case, then the fans on the other and of the case have to suck the air out of the case for a good air circulation - If you have the radiator with the fans installed on the top/back and the fans suck air in, then your fron fans should pull air out of the case.

so, My pc sucks air in on the front fan, sucks air in on the H60 back fan and it is throwing air out on the top fan, and it's open on the side, the case is the Sentey Cobra Gs-6010 plus

If its pulling air out of the case on the top, then everything should be fine even without the case being open.
